A B O U T 

My name is Ana, 

and my passion lies in physical exercise and health.

i started athletics as a kid, and have been practicing the sport until today.

I cannot imagine life without movement. Sprinting on the track or lifting weights in the gym (both as athlete and as coach) is my favourite part of the day.

My multifaceted career

I currently combine different jobs:

  • Digital Marketing Manager in telecommunications

  • Strength and Track & Field coach

  • Athlete Representative for sprinters

Apart from Spanish, I also speak English, German and French fluently, so I can give the training in any of these languages.

My Certifications

Strength & Conditioning

  • ​Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 1: fundamental strength training for the general population. ​

    • Focus on gaining mobility and strength safely, adjusting the program to each person with regressions & progressions.

  • Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Level 2: advanced, sport-specific strength and conditioning for the athletic population.

    • Focus on higher-level performance through speed drills, plyometrics, power development and Olympic lift progressions, as well as injury prevention.

  • J+S Track & Field Coach

  • Currently undertaking: Swiss Athletics Trainer C level (Sprint & Hurdles)
